WWE got CM Punk, Jade Cargill, Kairi Sane, Chelsea Green, Carlito, Nick Aldis, and Lexis King.

AEW got Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Jay White, Kota Ibushi, Katsuyori Shibata, Aussie Open, Deonna Purrazzo, Mariah May, Roderick Strong, Taya Valkyrie, Komander, CJ Perry, and Ric Flair.

Current free agents are Mercedes Mone and Andrade.

Soon to be free agents are Kazuchika Okada and Giulia.

It's also a contract year for Drew McIntyre, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, and Ricky Starks.

Who's done best with signing so far and where do the free agents go?

He is utter cancer, who is broken down. But, he is still able to cut good promos and do solid work for match building. Also, since he probably has a bunch of tard wranglers, he might do okay. 3/10

Cute, good wrestler, doing solid work with Damage Ctrl, but I'm curious to see what lays beyond that - 6/10

The jury is still out on this one, but she looks good and isn't terrible in the ring. Could go either way. 5/10

Oh right, I forgot they signed him. At least he can still go, so he has that over Phil. 4/5

An excellent signing as far as personality goes, remains to be seen what else he does. 7/10.

Props for the effort posts. I of course disagree with several points, but that's secondary. Wish more people would try as hard as you do, and ignore the trolls.

Anyhow, just one comment as it relates to Okada

We see NJPW has varying levels of partnerships/relationships with AJPW, CMLL, AEW, TNA and so on. What if WWEs compromise was to sign Okada and (sporadically) allow him to appear on AJPW-branded shows as long as he doesn't lose to any non-AJPW talents?

It could also still work if they said he could only appear on a card that has zero American-signed talents (CMLL is OK), which would be WWEs primary concern. Seems like that could work for most parties and wouldn't upset, specifically, the AEW-NJPW relationship.

I can't see WWE allowing their talent to be Main Eventing on the same show that Moxley or Danielson appear on, but just some mid-year show with a few 6-man tags would be perfect for a surprise Okada return. It shouldn't take someone dying or retiring to get a WWE appearance, I hope Triple Game realizes how much the little concessions win over the smarks.
