It has. It put them into a death spiral.

The issue is that we wanted a family and after 12/31/21, Coach Tony K proved to use that AEW was just another wrestling company. AEW did better with a bunch of shitters than with WWE people because they were our shitters. But that AEW is dead. Now we have a bigger TNA.

The real answer is because their retard fan base would rather do loweffort trolling and flame wars on 4chan/Twitter/Instagram instead of making gif-webm clips and spreading them among casuals/undecideds

AEW fans goal isn't to spread the AEW gospel, it's to convince you to stop watching WWE. That's why their own favorite company doesn't grow, the fan base doesn't even like it - it just hates WWE more.

Their biggest acquisition in the last year was Edge and he was an anti draw in WWE. No one besides Tony. FTR and Christian wanted Edge in AEW. Baffling decision.
