I think he was the right guy at the time, especially since Brock jobbed to Taker previously, since there was maximum shock value and a ton of upside.
Agreed on Orton, though. That would have been huge for his career and he was exactly the young guy who should've had the opportunity, but since it wasn't, WM30 was the perfect place to do it.
