There's a weird concept from online western fans that their affection for promotions that they don't even pay for to watch and just give **** reviews on nerd sites is supporting them in some way - it's not.
That's why you all hate Oz Academy so much but they can double a Marvelous or Ice Ribbon or DIANA show at Korakuen attendance.
You're out of touch, not the actual fans.
Paying for $200 for a seat & meet & greet/merch is what keeps joshi alive.
You can post a /general/ on 4chan for years and 90% of these "fans" just steal the content and circlejerk each other to convince themselves what's good.
Call it "shitWresGirls" but the anon paying to watch it is better than you because he's actually supporting it and not just doing it in his head.
