So Tony is bringing back ranking system and it's only exclusively affect on AEW matches, right? Because it would be stupid if Tony included wins and loses outside of AEW show like NJPW and ROH

This. He never learns, so will probably repeat the win farming thing with RoH as OP stated. He'll let someone's record go to shit, suddenly remember he wants to do some match with them, pad their stats by beating some RoH shitters all in one taping nobody watches, have the match then forget about him again and repeat the process every few minutes
