>>13050924>I'm sure I could assert shit like Gunther and Brock or whatever but whatever. It's pure about the pure novelty of handling.I really enjoy this new narrative along the internet fatsos that WWE has been good at handling wrestlers. Literally the only fucking star they have created in the past 10 years is a guy... with an AEW presentation (granted Cody had most of that presentation in the indies, but in AEW he made it click and popular).
Eli Drake was fucking bungled hard as fuck until they eventually let him do his NWA gimmick. Roman has been the same boring shitter for years, but after 10 years of incessant pushing they finally got a clue and turned him heel. If anything, WWE by far has a worse track record in making people stars than AEW has and it takes them far more time to get a clue than Tony does. Like with the White case - he initially did the same stupid shit, not having White show his persona, but now over time he has given White more time to shine and it didn't take him 10 years to figure that out.
>I know how he'd wind up in AEW, it would be safe, predictable and dullHe can finish his story with Ospreay (equally as good of a wrestler), he can finish the Omega feud which defined their respective careers, he can wrestle Page and Swerve who can keep up with him, he can wrestle Moxley (they never actually feuded in NJPW), he can retire Danielson, etc. The options he has are limitless and they are all good. He can take on Joe, MJF, Christian, Darby, etc.
