Vince literally once called him to ask him stuff about his own personal life that he had forgotten and it wasn't on the internet so Dave was his go-to-guy.

I like Dave for all the historic stuff he wrote or talked about it's him who I learned pretty much everything about wrestling history, but is it really true that back in the 90s Vince McMahon was calling him every day asking for advices? that seems to me little difficult to buy no matter how much I respect his historic wrestling knowledge
