Nice try, Dave, I remember all that not drawing shit. They have 'late buys' because Tony slashes ticket prices, papers the shit out of the building, or just buys his own tickets. The attendance for Collision in Montreal is clearly not the final number WrestleTix reported, and is closer to the number before 1000 tickets magically sold at 11PM the night before the show when they had only sold 1300 or so up until then

To me a big issue is nobody has a clue what's on any of the shows. I actually watch aew and I went to collision in Norfolk a couple weeks back. I don't even think they had a single match announced until the week of.

This blog is completely pointless because AEW has been running on zero profits since the beginning and Tony isn't really looking to achieve that objective given that he pays more attention to cagematch ratings than live attendance numbers.

This means Tony (and Shahid I asume) is comfortable running the company at a loss. Which means that none of this shit will ever matte to anyone but to AEW keyboard Warriors who have to start making up headcanon to defend numbers that the owner literally gives no shit about.
