Nah I have friends in real life. My coworkers all talked about squid game when it came. I'm in the music scene and a lot of the alt people were into Wednesday but I thought it was Harry Potter for goths. Black Mirror was always huge, don't know how you argue against that.

Hell, a lot of folks forget they even have Netflix. They make whole apps designed to remind people about their forgotten subscriptions so they can cancel them and stop paying for something they don't use.
