>>130829621) Get permission from WBD to stream a 1-hour YouTube Dynamite pre-show - use this hour for a squash match or two, video/recap packages, and other things to get both the TV and Arena audience hype
2) Force stars to wrestle weekly - or get cut. Komander should not be wrestling more often than multi-millionaire Bucks, Hangman, and so on. If they're too banged up for Singles, put them in multi-man matches
3) Stop wasting Dynamite time with Collision angles/pre-tapes and vice versa. You know ahead of time which feuds are being built for PPV and which aren't. Stop wasting TV time - or more apropos of AEW, stop wasting non-ring time
4) You need your stars making an entrance to the ring and talking into a microphone to the crowd. You don't need to have 25 minute long commercial-free promo battles, but your stars need to connect by doing something other than taking turns doing moves

Tony Khan has assembled arguably the best collection of in-ring talent in the history of wrestling, but he's being too much of a pussy. For those being paid millions of dollars, it won't kill them to show up to 2 tapings per week. They can afford to fly first-class and stay in 5-star hotels, they'll figure it out. Having a Saturday evening live show makes it even easier (kids' school is out, etc)
The fans in general are not being entertained, only your fanatics are. Every single week the ratings come out, for those who bother to do the math, half of AEW's audience is 50+ years old. Stop continuing to assume that people who have likely spent 30+ years watching wrestling are all in unanimous agreement that In-Ring Action takes precedence over being Entertained. It doesn't. These 50+ types, your largest swing audience, are fans who would watch Micro-Wrestlers if it was on live TV every Wednesday, they are the built-ins who prefer Wrestling background noise over sportsball/fake news/etc. If you're losing them of all people, you have to be shoot retarded.
