I'm not even bothing with the rest this is ridiculous. NATO moving arms closer to Russia was always going to trigger war. They all agreed on it but the Obama administration (under biden funnily enough!) lead a coup to overthrow the pro Russia government there and install zelensky specifically to provoke them. That's why there was a war scare in 201-15 that abruptly died for 4 years until biden got back in power.
