This gold digging slut is taking this to civil court instead of criminal court because 1) she wants money and 2) civil trials only require a preponderance of evidence, where criminal trials need proof beyond a reasonable doubt. This afflicted with serious VDS will jump on this, as they would have during the Rita Chatterton lies and the steroid trial.
