Because Punk can't wrestle for shit in his current condition. By the time it was his 1v1 with Cody he was totally gassed out and the fight had to be slowed to match his pace, despite Cody still being fresh enough to do more fancy shit. Doesn't help that before that Punk didn't do much besides hail mary a believable Drew, which made his last2 push look really forced and have the (admittedly shit) crowd start booing him.
