WWE don't push English wrestlers in the main event, he'd be an English Ricochet, feuding or tagging with him and workrate midcarders, the absolute best he'd get is a WHC shot & loss to a Seth-type in a 'dream match' at a filler PPV. If AEW are going to pay better he's got literally no reason to be in WWE beyond working a safer style which he doesn't want to do, he has a clear ceiling in WWE.
