Evidence of what? That he sent some texts? Probably, though first you'd need to verify that they really came from Vince but we can assume they did. Next would be proving that anything happened that was non consensual and therefore constitutes rape. They're going to subpoena all text messages she sent Vince so if it turns out she seemed a willing participant in all this, then their case falls down without a rape kit or report to the police either.
While it may be interesting for public discourse, a selection of text messages she received and her personal recounts don't make this an easy win for her.
