>>13158533It's hard to be a minor league promotion. You have a lot less money to work with. Most people will not watch you just because you are minor league, regardless of how good you are. You have to have names to draw viewers in, but you can't afford the top guys, so you get people who are either blackballed or are washed up. You can make your own stars, but if they are good, they will get signed elsewhere. The general public also won't know any of the new stars you make and will assume they are nobodies regardless of how good they are.
TNA's TV situation is their biggest problem. They are owned by a channel which means they won't lose TV, but the channel is small, has limited reach and will never be much more than it is.
TNA also tried to appeal to reddit by pushing trannies, women's wrestling and pushing people based on race. What they didn't realize though was that people who want that get all of it with AEW already and have no need for TNA.
