They only liked the Pillars (for superficial movez reasons) and juniors flipping/kicking, no other Japanese stuff, so plenty of great matches went ignored by future generations even if everything is easy to watch on youtube now. Yesterday I watched Tenryu vs Great Muta from 1996, an awesome brawl featuring guys who were huge draws in Japan, and that only has 31 ratings on Cagematch.
