Why does WWE reward people who leave and come back? Seems like modern WWE likes you more when you do the indie shit for 3-5 years then come back over being loyal. Pic related being the big stand outs of this new line of thinking

I think Trumpetty said something similar. He said that he hates good employees because they always get enough done to meet the bare minimum but they never do anything to shake up the business because they're so docile that they just do as they're told.. He prefers bad employees because you can just fire them. Good employees are viewed as a waste of space, basically nothing but wage slaves.
