>I know Collision has been up, I know it's been up a little bit, it's not doing great, okay? The AEW numbers right now, they're cold across the board, that's just the fact of the matter. Why? What's the problem? That's being discussed, by me, by Tony, by people within AEW. What's the problem? We can't just bury our head in the sand and go, "Ehh, it's the Rumble." This is a problem, a .06 is a problem, I'm sorry, I don't care if it's the Royal Rumble. I want this to do better, I want all wrestling to do better. I'm not gonna sit here and say, "Ehh, it's just the Rumble." Every show could be doing much better. They could be selling a lot more tickets like, across the board.

Saturday night only works for special events like PPVs. No one is going to be watching a weekly wrestling show on Saturday except the most shut-in of NEETs.

>>13203225 Seems like a fake quote but Chico will unironically say Daniel Garcia is "awesome," then Garcia main events a show, and the ratings are shit. AEW is ice cold outside of Sting's retirement show and the minor buzz of Sasha and Okada

>>13203225 AEW sucks and the fresh new fed feel from the first few years is long gone. This is Tony Khan's company to play with and he won't be removed anytime soon, things won't change and he would rather dissolve the company out of spite than hand the reigns over to someone with a working brain.
Profits are not a priority, that alone proves AEW is just a hobby fed with Tony Khan's best interests at heart.

I am not an autistic drone, but these idiots are and it's fucking embarrassing. They are largely responsible for the tribalism shit.

>What's the problem? Is this guy fucking serious? Anyone who has paid attention to the AEW product over the past two years knows exactly what the fucking problems are;>1. Absolutely terrible storytelling where angles drag on too long and/or peter out into nothing, reinforcing the idea that nothing on the show matters >2. Bloated roster combined with a rotation system which means you can literally go weeks or even months without seeing wrestlers you actually like >3. Too many championships - the trios, continental and FTW belts need to fuck off immediately. Being a champion feels pointless in AEW because half the roster has a title. Also, the trios division has destroyed the tag division which was once a highlight of the product. >4. ROH never should have been incorporated into AEW programming. Its muddied the waters when it comes to performers, championships and brand image. >5. Tony Khan constantly embarrassing himself and the company on social media. This is probably a minor problem in in the scheme of things, but it's impossible to route for AEW when this man-child is throwing monthly tantrums online >6. The lack of house-shows and/or training leading to wrestlers looking uncoordinated and unprofessional when they appear on TV

The dude was pushing midgets who couldn't talk like Danielson just because he was hot even though Vince's preference was mastadons/guys who could talk.

the cock-sucking for AEW made these guys unlistenable to me. tuned in for the first time after a long break to hear them talk about the Vince KWAB and they spent like 10 minutes talking about how wrestling would have been better without Vince because AEW exists. like due, shut the fuck up.

AEW is the tape trader promotion, not something a local family would want to bundle into the car and go see. Attendance reflects that. There's also the perception that shows do/will sell poorly leading to low ticket sales, it's hard to get excited for an event with $20 tickets in a 3/4 empty building. Worse when it's filled with 30-50 year old man-children who scream and swear and haven't bathed in weeks
