It's dumb.
Are Hechicero and the CMLL guys big deals? Then they need to be introduced, pushed then followed up on like big deals so people know and care.
If they aren't, you do what they are doing here. You bring a bunch of them in at once. You don't really build them up that much and once the match happens, you don't hear from them for months, if ever again.
Sure, I know who these people are, but I'm not a normal fan. I'm not even the normal hardcore fan. There's not enough people like me out there to get this a good rating on TV. And the things I'd really want to see are things that would interest me, but few others. It's not like this is some mystery either. Vikingo, Komander, Suzuki, Okada, Kenta, Mistico and others didn't draw any additional fans. The CMLL guys won't either.
