Nah he's a perfect mouthpiece for the casual viewer. Literally asks Cole what happened so the guys who tune in to the Rumble and haven't watched since Summerslam can get a refresher. Naturally obese smelly smarks hate him.

Yeah he's cringe as hell and weirdly over but he does show passion for wrestling, his energy is high as fuck and his commentary reactions feel natural and unforced
Still wouldn't call myself a fan but i'm kinda glad he's on commentary as it was really becoming stale and uninspired

Striker is annoying because he keeps using mark terms and never stops breaking kayfabe on commentary. But 0wiple are way too unfair to him, he's not that bad. Everything he is guilty of Excalibur does too. It was really bizarre a week or two ago when Meltzer went on a deranged rant about Matt Striker after reporting a blatant lie about him.
I don't have any issue with this weird annoying NFL man, though. He's just an excited guy, but I've only heard him maybe 3 times ever.
