Seems like Brock underestimated how Autistic and Weird Vince actually was in that he had her actually send Brock the vid.

That's the key factor here. If evidence is produced that Brock knew (or at least believed) that this chick was being provided for him specifically under Vince's control/command and/or as an incentive - rather than her just being a pass-around loose whore that was being passed from Vince - then I can genuinely see Brock getting Benoit'ed as much as reasonably possible from here on in and never being brought back in WWE
There's a thin line of a difference between the two scenarios, but the line is there. If I have a friend who offers to hook me up with some hot horny chick that'll fuck anybody, I'm not thinking that chick is my friend's personal sex slave or is being trafficked
