That is their evidence to support Grants claims for the suit. The point of this was to try and pressure TKO to settle. The news of this didn't come out because they filed the suit. Its because they filed and Grants lawyer went to the WSJ with the story to make it news. They also timed it after the Netflix deal announcement and prior to the RR

We will get the rest of the texts once a defense is put together, discovery is done and it goes to trial.
