Technically Austin Theory, Priest, and any other MITB loser, like I've never heard any rule that states Roman Reigns even needs to be present for a cash in, just roll up to a house show and win by forfeit.
Also on the list but got bailed out down the road and didn't lose his mania main event match was Lesnar who got beat by Angle before WM19 on Smackdown by falling for Twin Magic and getting rolled up

It's well established by many previous MITB cash ins that the match can't start until the champion is standing in the ring
There have been cash ins where waiting for the bloody champ to stand up because the match can't start until he does takes longer than the match
