>>13257308Don't let CLR Rivers work you. He's a carny who always says everyone is fucked and won't get off. Half the rappers he swore were gonna go to jail got off. Vince may be fucked, but this is far beyond the wheelhouse of the youtube defense attorney.
Vince will probably lose because,
a) Any jurisdiction he'd be tried in has legalized a ton of double jeopardy #MeToo bullshit where they can try ancient crimes on circumstantial evidence.
b) Said jurisdictions claim all NDAs to be illegal.
c) In the civil trial, said jurisdictions turn trials into media spectacles, where they either rule that the defending side can't present any evidence at all, or they default the defendant on process technicalities, ie. they claim Vince's lawyer didn't give them all his emails, he instantly loses the trial and it goes to a trial to determine damages.
His basic problem relates to who runs the feds right now. All the absurd legal theories they're using to take people down in New England are quarterbacked by legal scholars in DC. They're gonna come at him in a unified front. As I already said in a previous thread, the only chance he ever had here was to flee to a non-extradition country when he first retired. Back then he wasn't technically accused of a crime yet. The second he figured out the feds were sniffing he should have been gone. He's friends with the wrong people, so they're going to destroy him. America is not really a safe country when it comes to the legal/justice system. If you're on one side, and the other comes to power and they have anything on you, you're fucked.
