Curls and Shrugs are not aesthetics, that's retard talk. Shrugs are a step away from Rack Pulls, which anyone who is decent at Deadlifts either has done or used to do to improve their grip strength and ability to lockout. Bicep curls with a FULL range-of-motion (and pause at the top) will give you a killer delt workout along with biceps. "Concentration curls" are a meme lift, alternating curls are not.
3 x 5 programs work only for the most basic bitch retards. Smolov/Smolov Jr and other legitimate programs will build you the Squat, Bench, Deadlift strength - but from there, you need to be doing supersets and short-rest sets (power-building or hypertrophy) to build both stamina and (larger) muscle tissue. 98% of people don't have the CNS to Bench 10x3 at 90% 1RM with less than 5 minutes rest and not die. Benching 10x3 at 85%, superset leg accessory work, then doing some Chest Fly, Tricep Extensions, etc, for another half hour is going to be more than enough.
