It's weird because this guy actually did have charisma in mehico. He invented the tranquilo shit which Naito stole from him (there's even that famous image of Naito staring in awe the first time he sees Andrade chilling in the ring ropes).

He just completely stopped doing all of that shit when he went to the states. No idea why.
