Cody vs Dustin. It's also the only complete storyline in AEW history. They had beef, needed to fight to get the sibling rivalry out of their system, and totally resolved it by the end of the match.

MJF vs Phil in the dog collar match was good as much as I hate to give Phil any credit

Any of the MJF vs Punk matches or Cody vs Dustin. It was overbooked to hell, but as a sports entertainment style match I liked Bryan vs MJF ironman.
I see some people here saying hangman and omega vs the bucks, if you like that match I recommend watching any match from 2010s PWG. I have no clue how what would have been considered a bog standard indie match 10 years ago is the best match in AEW history.
