If I was a Hollywood producer I'd never get The Rock for my movie because his star power isn't worth it and other people offer the same star power and visibility to your movie, sometimes more than what The Rock can offer, for less hassle.
To get The Rock to be in your movie you have to:

>But then also give him a share of your company pretty much, or allow him control of your project, or some sort of piece of the pie
>But then he refuses to play villains so it has to be a hero role
>It has to be a main role
>He'll then use his creative control to ensure the movie revolves around him even if it didn't before, or has some sort of spin off that revolves around him
>The role he'll be playing is just an extension of himself
