>>13286748That's what most of the over gimmicks from the attitude era were. Guys that had a bunch of catch phrases that the crowd would memorize to they could join in during promos. I will say the Rock had some of the worst movesets for a champion in the modern era, even worse than Hulk Hogan. The People's elbow was just a simple elbow drop, and not even from the top rope like Macho Man. If it weren't for his catchphrases he would have been a nobody.
