This has worked for me a few times brother. Found the one on the third go round.
So by transit centres there are many food and beverage places that have outdoor seating/standing tables with groups of people chilling and drinking.
1. Approach outside table ol group. Be confident. Make sure they are a little drunk.
2. Act like a dumb tourist with a map open and claim tour GPS isn't working blah blah. Need help to find the train to get to your hotel later (emphasize later).
3. 90% of the time they will be happy to try drunken English with you and try to help. If they are receptive, ask about their drinks or food and compliment it. They will usually invite you to join at this point.
4. There will be an alpha ol. Focus some attention on her but make eye contact and smile with soft. Do this several times to make sure she digs you. When alpha goes to the washroom then is your time to strike. Ask the names of others. Ask if they have line.
5. On the exit make sure you get soft's line account. Thank her the next day and start conversation asking for other little things to help you on your trip. Bring up food and drink. Ask for her suggestions and then ask if she can show you next time she's free.
