When Reagan allowed TV shows to exist just to sell toys to children, it was all over for American society. Look at the people who can't give up their favorite franchises that have for some reason never went away. Franchises like Ninja Turtles or Transformers or hell, WWE. At least before the 1980s, stuff for kids sucked and you'd have to be a drooling retard to stay into that shit. Now the shit grew up with people and we have more 40 year old children than ever.
