All tony has to do is get ahold of D'arcy and start whispering in her ear how Billy did her wrong. Pay off a few journalists and then just let D'arcy's drug addiction and untreated BPD work her into a shoot so she starts accusing Billy of everything under the sun. Doesn't matter if Billy goes to court and manages to clear his name. He will be tied up in the legal system and waste so much money trying to defend himself that NWA will collapse in the mean time. Then Tony can get the Thrillbilly toy he wanted and probably pick up the NWA lineage for a pittance. NGL, being able to claim the NWA lineage and tack it onto the AEW big belt would absolutely lend an insane amount of legitimacy to Tony's title.
