Modern wrestlers have it easy compared to back in the day where you had to travel 24/7 and bump on fucking concrete. Especially in AEW where they only do a show per week, no house shows etc. It's a pretty comfy job all things considered. And they are also Sting's sons, they are not gonna bust their asses on some indy scene, nepotism goes a long way and they'll be treated as royalty, especially in AEW
