New Jack in ECW was different from New Jack in SMW. SMW New Jack was probably one of the best heels of all time with his "cocky blackie in the Deep South" gimmick and he was Cornette's best booking decision.

Probably how AEW's booking of Hangman and Swerve is dumb and ass-backwards. Swerve broke into Hangman's house and threatened his baby, and now Hangman is portrayed as a heel. This doesn't make any sense at all. In the old days, Hangman would beat Swerve in an actual Texas Death Match (ie follow REAL Texas Death Match rules from Tennessee) and it would end with mothers throwing their babies into the air.
