This. The way the news of her contract just kind of happened one day as well. No official announcement, no graphic, nothing. I think if anything she's signed to a zero-hour contract from during her Dark appearances that I've seen mentioned, which doesn't guarantee her any work but does have her under an agreement with them so that reporting would check out. Seeing what she's done since coming back from Japan as well, I'd say that would track.

She just did half a year in Japan to get those reps in, not unlike Mariah May only she didn't stay as long. Plus why would she need additional reps if that's what AEW supposedly sent her to Stardom for? Unless none of that was the case, as it's pretty clearly seeming. It would line up with Stardom saying AEW didn't send her because she wouldn't need to be sent. She'd have the freedom to go and take those bookings all along. Not really a loss. She doesn't bring anything to the table in terms of personality or promos. She was as overpushed as possible in Stardom and her gimmick of being a giant doesn't really work outside of Japan when half of the roster is her height or taller.
