Rossys version: Several wrestlers approached him and said they wanted to leave Stardom, asked him to start a new promotion they could join. Bushiroad got wind of it recently and fired him straight away. He did nothing wrong and only thought about the well-being of his girls.
Bushiroad version: Despite a mutual agreement to split ways early this year, after the 13th anniversary of the company, Rossy started going behind the back of Bushiroad and approached contracted wrestlers to convince them to leave for a new promotion he wants to start. Bushiroad actually knew about his plans of a new promotion and was alright with that, but the poaching of Stardom talent was something they couldn't tolerate. They even gave him warnings to please stop his poaching attempts, but he wouldn't comply. So they did what they had to and fired him.
