Yeah the actual gameplay is boring as fuck, even when you learn how to git gud. FP doesn't really have a real universe sim mode though. These faggots are just running exhibition matches and keeping records of their cartoon's wins & losses.

Yup. Mainly because of the "battlebots" style meta game. Create, test, tweak, refine. And the animation creator pretty much immortalized the community. One of the only games that ever made me feel like a mad scientist.
