You can just tell that despite his efforts and his suits and the money he draws, he doesn’t really believe internally that he’s a top guy. I hope for him when he gets the belt it changes that and he comes into his own. He can be the face of the company for years to come, but I think capturing the Heavyweight Title MUST change his perception to allow him to lead with true confidence.
