Rossy booked a 3-way title match where he wanted Riho to get pinned. TK said no, because she was still AEW Women's Champion at that time and the finish got changed.
Rossy got worked into a bubblin seethe and ever since then had a hateboner for TK, so they tried to one up each other when it came to refusing talent to work for the other promotion. TK felt like Rossy had a grduge against him, because he has good relationships with the higher BR executives, yet no Stardom talent, except Utami one time, was every made available for him when asked despite their being no problem using them for NJPW Strong shows in the U.S., but it coincidentally never worked out for AEW.
TK apparently also blocked Kris Statlander from working Stardom once when they asked for her.
