>>13359209No, not at all. It's a lot more like Shenmue than GTA. The town is comfy, but it's also the red light district of Tokyo, usually. Yakuza 6 had a comfy small island town that you visit, which might be more what you want.
As I said, it's not Shenmue. But it is the closest you're gonna get after Shenmue 2.
