Welcome to 2001. I do like WOW but they are inconsistent. As a matter of fact, I think the moment Lucha Underground fell off, any sort of alternative outside of WWE completely went away. AEW was dead in the water with their vanillas, NWA was a flash in the pan ruined by covid & bad booking, TNA hasn't been a thing since 2010, and any sort of foreign promotions like NJPW or CMLL/AAA are irrelevant in USA.

AEW became a containment board for the majority of smark freaks that try to hijack shows because they don't like it when things don't go the way they think they should (see how they convinced themselves that Cody's story was all a great setup to turn heel) and that's very good, seriously fuck those animals, going to shows only to hate watch and/or clap for retarded circus spots like trained seals.

the only company that had serious fucking money to go against Vince for the first time since WCW is property of the ultimate manchild mark with daddy issues that books for Meltzer shit, the name is stained so it would take a complete rebranding to turn it around and any wrestler in there, whether they're decent or not, is making more money than ever for the work they have to put in and they don't even have to try hard for it, but of course they're fucking stupid and they throw themselves of ladders into flaming tables for 500 fat guys.
neither AEW or WWE has a real reason to make a better show because they're making tons of money without having to push one out of competition
