The SvR games all aged like milk. They didn’t have the fun arcadey gameplay like SYM or HCTP did or the realistic simulation gameplay that the 2K games have. They were stuck in this boring, awkward middle ground.

yeah it was a joke. warzone was actually very popular when it came out though. it is the best selling wrestling game of that gen and had an amazing CAW. nobody cared about the shitty controls. for about 10 months it was THE wrestling game. it didn't look like crap, it looked amazing when it came out. it looked photorealistic like the TV show
