>>13372514it's not that different from 2019 where they dd a cross promotion series of matches between the lucha brothers and the elite, where the young bucks won the aaa tag belts and eventually the lucha bros won them back at all out. feels like they're doing something similar with the bcc vs cmll guys. it's stretched out with a bit more scope, but now tk's got extra tv time with dynamite+collision+rampage where as back then the tv hasn't even started and they did it across aew and aaa payperviews and those two aew specials.
they've also got forbidden door coming up which could be freshened up by including cmll guys, especially since new japan's roster is a little depleted at the moment.
