The Bloodline and the Rock are going to interfere and when it looks like Cody is going to be screwed out of the title the Hulkster is going to show up and clean out the Bloodline. TKO want to redeem Hogan's image with normalfaggots and him stopping Roman from beating his record is the kayfabe reason he shows up.

Dusty Rhodes was Hulk's teenage hero and the reason he got into wrestling (Never let money and miles talk fool you, Hogan was a mark in the ring but was based about it, got his leg broken 1st day training and didn't cry about it then came back and blocked the 2nd try)
Hogan coming out to stick it to Rock who screwed him in their rematch, and help the Hulkster's hero's son do the what the man himself couldn't, while saving his own legacy, would be the most kino moment in the history of the industry, without irony or hyperbole.
