Brock has unmatched strength-to-technique ratio. The other guys are either strong but clumsy (Omos, Jinder, Bronn) or very technical but lack power (Chad Gable, AJ Styles, Shinsuke, Finn Balor). I guess Roman is the closest to Brock but he doesn't have Lesnar's intensity.

Hulk Hogan weighed over 300 lbs. But once he felt the power of the Hulkamaniacs surging through his body, Hogan would 'Hulk Up', which increases his strength, durability, and weight exponentially.
