So you want Rollins AND Reigns to retain? If Rollins betrays Cody he has to retain the WHC against whoever he's facing because nobody wants to see Seth and Cody in another non-title feud. But it seems like they're hell bent on making Cody's character care about the WHC and that's probably the only way to do it.
