Gunther CANNOT be at the gym doing 1+ hour of hypertrophy exercises 3x per week and still be able to safely put on matches where he's constantly lifting his opponents, rolling into pins, etc. Again, this is how CM Punk got injured taking a random ass move, not even lifting someone...CM Punk has been lifting HEAVY (weights and volume) in preparation for his return. You can't see it because you don't know what to look for, or what you're talking about.....but it's readily apparent.
