Adam Page decided to try his best to bury the world champion CM Punk who draws more views, ratings, and money for the company because he was anxious that his EVP friends were not being listened to because they were not veterans with common sense like Punk who knew how to work with newer talent and give them guidance. What does Adam Page say about that? He does not feel the need to take advice from veterans of the business. How absolutely selfish, who the fuck does Adam Page think he is to go into the business for himself. Imagine if he said that to Terry Funks face, just think for a moment that he does not need wrestling advice from a legendary professional wrestler who traveled the world with fifty-two years of experience so he can know what he is doing in order to know what works and how to safely work with your opponents in the most beneficial way possible for your company. Now that Page has gone into the business for himself, he continues to hang out with his Elite friends, just like the Kliq back in the New Generation era, that does nothing to the business except keep Tony Khan from being absolutely lonely. Page will never be over than CM Punk and it will take a long time for Page to ever be over simply because he rather hangs with his friends than contribute anything meaningful to professional wrestling
