Shane Douglas 2.0. Good promo, decent in the ring, had a small run on top in a second string promotion. Unless the main event scene unclogs with some retirements, don't really see a place for him on the main roster. It would be a waste to NXT him.

MJF encapsulates AEW biggest problem, they can't help but reference WWE. Casual/former fans already view it as secondary, when you have a young guy who has no connections whatsoever make constant statements about wanting to go there it only reinforces it.
